A certain young man presented me with this creation last night, in celebration of this whole conference shindig. The little hairdo really makes it for me, second only to the homeostasis line ;)More to come - 'cause I took last night off to shop and generally unwind. Today shall see more panels, homework and blogging of yesterday's panels.

I think it's either "well, it seems to be an outgrowth of the cerebrally-enhanced bugeyed aliens popular in the decades preceding Romero..." Actually, there's some meat to that, if I can find the proper David Skal quote...
Or maybe its 'cause brains outside their skulls are just icky?
